Welcome to Demo Car Rental. By accessing our website and using our car rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Demo Car Rental, you must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and provide a government-issued ID. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A security deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment must be settled before or upon vehicle release, depending on the payment method selected.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary based on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Please contact us directly for refund eligibility. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

4. Use of Vehicle

The renter agrees to operate the vehicle in a safe and lawful manner, comply with all traffic laws, and return the vehicle in the same condition as when received. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

5. Damages & Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle while it is in their possession. Charges for repairs or replacement may be deducted from the security deposit.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
